In the unlikely event that their primary consultant is unavailable, clients are also given the cell phone numbers of a backup consultant as well as the cell phone number of the owner of the company. We believe that if you call, someone should answer.
Moreover, to make sure that issues are being resolved and things are running smoothly, each client is given the email address and cell phone number of Don Brown, the owner of the company. He encourages people to call him with any issues or to just say hello.
