Our Philosophy
Firefly Network Services was built around the rather simple concept that any work stoppage needs to be addressed immediately and any broken computer needs to be repaired. Most IT consulting firms understand that a server outage is a company wide issue and needs to be addressed immediately. What they fail to understand is small reoccurring issues such as slow network speeds, failing print jobs and constantly having to reboot computers cost companies time and money. The complaint we hear most often from new clients is that their consultant is too busy or too slow to address these smaller problems.
We treat each client equally and that each problem should be treated with the same urgency. In other words, our smaller clients don’t take a back seat to our larger clients. To insure that these smaller problems are being properly addressed each client is assigned a primary consultant who is on call 24/7. In the unlikely event that their primary consultant is unavailable, clients are also given the cell phone numbers of a backup consultant as well as the cell phone number of the owner of the company. We believe that if you call, someone should answer.
